- In response to recent events impacting the credibility of the health care delivery system to Indians in Oklahoma, Mr. John Davis met with staff at the Claremore Indian Hospital to discuss their responsibilities in providing health care to Indian patients. He announced that the Service Unit Director and Director of Nursing would remain in their positions and pledged support in resolving concerns and improving communication. Employees were reminded to follow grievance procedures and not disrupt health care delivery. Davis emphasized the importance of leadership from supervisors and health professionals in getting back to work.
