- Description:
- Dru E. Levier wrote to Senator Bellmon requesting educational assistance for registered nurse training. Senator Bellmon forwarded the request to Don Bluejacket, who informed Levier that the Amendment to the Veterans Administration Educational Bill had passed, extending the time element for veterans' educational purposes. However, the portion pertaining to the increase in veterans' benefits was still being worked out. Bluejacket assured Levier that Senators Bellmon and Bartlett strongly supported the Amendment and would provide further assistance if needed.
