- The Bureau of Indian Affairs contacted Mr. Albert to inform him about a change in policy concerning the Navaho Indians and the requirement for only Indian officials in the BIA. Mr. Albert expressed interest in the article and received further information from Mr. Kinsey. The Oklahoma House delegation met with Commissioner Bruce to discuss policy changes, which tribal leaders oppose. Mr. Albert thanked Mr. Kinsey for the information and expressed appreciation for his thoughtfulness.
