- Gene Ritter's petitions for rehearing in cases involving Mr. Beardon and Mr. Crumb were denied by the Supreme Court. He wants Mr. Albert to contact Justice White for an appointment to submit a petition for rehearing, but it is advised that Justice White will not see anyone on a case ex parte.
