- Description:
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs has authorized the distribution of judgment funds to the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes, with each enrolled member required to file a claim for their share. The Area Director will process payment vouchers for those who have filed claims, with provisions for deceased enrollees and minors. Payment will be made directly to living enrollees, used to pay off debts for some, distributed to heirs of deceased enrollees, and held in trust for minors. Payment vouchers will be issued as funds are ready for distribution.
