- Dr. Jack C. Robertson has announced the appointment of James A. Clark, Jr. as Chief of Office of Environmental Health for the Indian Health Area. This is the first time a professional sanitarian has held this position. Mr. Clark has extensive experience in state health, foreign public health, and Indian Health Areas. He will be conducting environmental health activities in five states and will be based in Oklahoma City.
