- Description:
- Mrs. Juanita Harrison wrote a letter inquiring about payments to members of the Choctaw and Chickasaw tribes, as she believed the Creek Nation had not received any money. Congressman Carl Albert responded, explaining that the payments were only for Choctaw and Chickasaw members, and suggested Harrison contact the Superintendent of the Five Civilized Tribes Agency for more information. Harrison had difficulty writing the letter due to a finger injury.
