- Description:
- Mrs. Irvin wrote to Mr. Albert asking about payment to the Choctaws and Chickasaws for coal lands sold to the government. Mr. Albert responded, stating that proof of heirship notices would be sent out in August and advised her to contact the Superintendent if she did not receive one. Mrs. Irvin had plans to visit her son in Chicago and requested a blank form for her per capita payment. Mr. Albert assured her that the process was being prepared and offered further assistance if needed.
