- Description:
- Mrs. Betty Jean Driver from Fort Scott, Kansas is seeking information about Choctaw Indian claims and enrollment records for Joseph B. Glenn and Glenn Tucker. The Indian Office has informed her that their names were not added to the approved roll of the Choctaw Nation, which was closed in 1907. She has written to Congressman Carl Albert and the Office of Indian Affairs for clarification and assistance in establishing heirship to the Choctaw Indian claim. Congressman Albert's office is working to resolve the issue and will advise Mrs. Driver accordingly.
