- Description:
- Senator Roy Boatner called on behalf of Mr. Joel Oliver, who bid on a septic tank system project for the Chickasaw Nation but was not awarded the contract despite being the low bidder. The main contractor, Aztec Const. Company, did not follow the specifications in the bid, leading Mr. Oliver to feel unfairly treated. Senator Boatner suggested that Mr. Oliver could have submitted a different bid if he had known the specifications would not be followed. Mr. Oliver seeks assistance from Carl Albert in resolving this issue.
