Description:

The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all regulations imposed by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. They assure that no person will be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin in any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. The assurance extends to real and personal property and is binding on the Applicant and its successors. The agreement is necessary to receive federal financial assistance from the Department.
