- Mrs. Minnie Brown is writing to Congressman Carl Albert requesting her Indian payment and welfare checks to be delivered on time. Congressman Albert assures her that he will do his best to expedite the payments. Mrs. Brown also faces delays in receiving her welfare checks, and Congressman Albert's office is working with the Welfare Department to address Carl Albert the issue.
