- Description:
- Wayne Mills, editor of the Broken Bow News, contacted Carl Albert about an application for a loan and grant for the Broken Bow Water Project. The application was sent to the FHA office in Idabel for approval. Wayne Mills also sought advice from CLW on how to secure a grant for the project. There were concerns about the status of the application and whether it had been properly received by the relevant agency.
