There is a lack of space, staff, and equipment at the existing health center, leading to the need for referrals and inadequate care. Each center will offer referral information, assistance, training sessions, and business development support. The Marland center has been chosen as one of the satellite centers, with programs focused on education development, work orientation, and home management.
