![["The Principal Chief of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma wrote to Dr. Theodore Marrs expressing concern about high unemployment rates in southeastern Oklahoma, particularly among Native American populations. The Chief requested assistance in reducing unemployment and improving tribal management.
