It was mentioned that a suit involving a railroad right of way strip and oil and gas leases was dismissed, and it may be necessary to bring a suit to clear title to the strip. Revenue from the disposal of the strip will belong to the Choctaw and Chickasaw tribes unless determined otherwise by the courts.
