["A contract was awarded to Moats Drilling Company for the installation of wells in Washington. A ground-breaking ceremony for a new Indian Health Center in Hugo, Oklahoma was held. The facility will be named after the principal chief of the Choctaw Nation and will provide health care to individuals with at least one-quarter Indian bloodline. The facility is expected to cost a quarter of a million dollars and employ approximately 17 people. The site for the health center was offered by the Golden Age Home board, and construction is being done by Choctaw Service and Supply Company. Chief Belvin expressed gratitude to various parties involved in making the construction of the clinic possible."]
