![["The Anadarko Area Office reorganization was approved in August 1975 to reduce the number of Branch Chiefs reporting to the Area Director and provide a more organized structure. The reorganization resulted in the creation of a new Division of Indian Services and demotions for some employees. Reduction-in-force procedures were applied to employees affected by the reorganization, with salary retention for a two-year period. Some employees have appealed to the Civil Service Commission. Internal movements of employees are expected, but no adverse effects are anticipated.
