Auchter responded, stating that the company had been removed from the general schedule health inspection list for three years due to compliance. Auchter explained the policy for exemption from inspections and mentioned an experimental program in Oklahoma. The company felt they were being harassed by OSHA due to multiple inspections, including one with a search warrant.
