![["The Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is seeking public comment on plans to revise concrete construction standards in order to strengthen safety regulations for workers in the industry. The revision is prompted by recent concrete construction disasters and advancements in technology since the current standards were adopted in 1971. Interested parties have petitioned OSHA to adopt new standards and make changes to existing ones. The agency is seeking feedback on potential changes, cost-effectiveness, effects on small businesses, simplification, gaps in coverage, and testing needs.
