![["The Committee on Tribal Revenue, Finances, and Resources met to recommend a plan for the use of funds appropriated in satisfaction of certain judgments. They proposed using the funds for the development of the Creek Nation Office Complex, revolving loans for education, consumer credit, welfare, tribal operations, tribal claims development, program development, land management, and economic development. ![["The Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes has proposed the establishment of outpatient clinics in Eastern Oklahoma to improve healthcare for American Indians. The Indian Health Service does not currently have the resources to open and staff these facilities but will make efforts to seek the necessary resources. The Council's proposal and recommendations have been forwarded to the Director of the Indian Health Service for consideration.
