![["The City of Tulsa's legal department, led by City Attorney A. M. Widows, received a letter from Congressman George B. Schwabe regarding the change of boundaries between Osage County and Tulsa County. Schwabe suggested some preliminary work before introducing a joint resolution, including approaching Senators Monroney and Kerr. He also mentioned the importance of getting support from Congressman Stigler and possibly hiring Pawhuska counsel, specifically mentioning attorney William S. Hamilton.
