They acknowledge the government's settlement of equalizing allotments and request payment for members who did not receive their checks due to negligence. All funds must be paid under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior, and the tribe consents to per capita payment with the approval of the President. The Council also requests an audit of all funds in the US Treasury to the credit of the tribe and appoints a special committee to assist in checking records.
